All Wired Up Jewelry Designs was created as an outlet for my creative urges.
I took one jewelry class just to see what it was all about and I was hooked for
life. I still enjoy taking classes, but it's more about learning or perfecting
a technique rather than learning to make a specific item. I like the gemstone
or the stone to whisper to me what they'd like to be, but I'm happy to create
what speaks to you too!
I create all my own settings from 100% recycled sterling silver, fine silver or precious metal clay in my home jewelry studio. My work with metal is still evolving so I make new things I like or styles I want to try to adapt to my liking. You won't see many cookie-cutter items here, I guess because I haven't found any one thing I want to make over and over again, but I do still enjoy loads of my made to order items like stack rings and bangles and love helping a customer create a custom order.
I am new to having my own website, but not new to selling jewelry on line. To make you feel a bit more comfortable dealing with a newcomer, I am keeping my shop open on Etsy so you are able to visit and see some of my very positive customer feedback on design, service and customer satisfaction. Returns and Exchanges:
All work is guaranteed 100% for workmanship. I want you to be happy with your purchase and know that you own lovingly hand crafted jewelry. I use the best quality materials available and stand behind my workmanship. However, as with all things hand made, things can go awry and you may need to return for an adjustment. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me about returning the item within 7 days and please return the item in it's original condition and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. Items returned for refund after 30 days will be have a 20% re- stocking fee deducted from their refund unless prior arrangements have been made (for example, early holiday shopping- just let me know!) . If your item becomes damaged due to workmanship I am happy to do minor repairs as needed at no charge, major changes may have an additional charge, but it is always at cost plus shipping only. I cannot offer full refunds on custom orders but will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If item is ordered as a gift please send me a message to that effect so I make note to extend the return time limit for you.
When you are unsure of a size, color of stone or other preference, I am happy to provide a gift certificate! If you are unsure of your ring size I have a disposable ring sizer in my shop you can order for the cost of shipping. If I owe you a refund for any reason, I will either credit your Papal account or may contact you for the best method to refund your purchase price.
It is important that you understand I do my best to depict all my items in photos showing angles, patinas and stone colors, but it is almost impossible to guarantee that every computer monitor will show the exact same tones. Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, slight variations in stone, textures, patina, and shape may occur. Be assured that the same creativity and workmanship go into every piece I make. Contact me if you have any specifics likes or dislikes, I’m more than happy to work with you.
Ring Re-Sizing:
If I make an error and send the wrong size, I will re-make your ring at no charge. If the wrong size is ordered there is a minimum charge of $5 to re-size band rings and $15 to re-size rings with gem or natural stones to cover the cost of materials. Please keep in mind, some rings cannot be re-sized, I will state this in my product description. If you see a ring you like that can't be re-sized, contact me and I will try my best to find materials to re-create a smiliar style just for you. I am a small home studio, not a professional jewelry repair facility, so I don't have access to all the goodies like laser welders and such to do repairs with stones in their settings!
Payment:
Currently I am only accepting Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. When you arrive at the site there is an option for non users to pay with a credit card. These transactions are totally secure. If this method is a problem, contact me and we can arrange payment by check or other method for your convenience. I am also happy to work with you on a lay-a-way plan to enable you to have an item you love but may not be able to purchase right away. Most items can be held for up to 60 days with a 33% non- refundable deposit. Don't hesitate to contact me for details on extended payments.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work with payment in full due before item is shipped.
Shipping:
All items in stock will be shipped Monday - Friday USPS first class and insured over $100 -usually within 24-48 hours. Custom items are shipped within 3-7 business days depending on the complexity of the order. During holiday season I will also ship on weekends when possible. I offer expedited shipping, both priority and express in the U.S., at an additional charge using current post office rates. Contact me in advance to have your item shipping adjusted before purchase. You will always receive a tracking number with each shipment.
International orders are shipped USPS first class international. If you need guaranteed delivery please contact me in advance for current rates for shipping only, many countries have duty fees due upon delivery.
I am happy to ship gifts to a recipient's address directly if you contact me with the full address including zip code.
Privacy:
Your information is never shared and I will not send out emails regarding sales, promotions, etc. unless you have signed up in advance for my e-mail distribution list. Feel free to contact me if you would like to be added to my mailing list for private sales.
Gifts/Packaging:
All of my jewelry comes packaged in boxes suitable for gift giving. Ring boxes and/or appropriate size foil boxes are used for all jewelry. With each purchase you will receive a suitable size organza bag for jewelry storage, a plastic bag with anti-tarnish strip for silver, a square of Sunshine polishing cloth for sterling silver and directions with tips on care of your jewelry.
